App Crashes Upon Start Up

I was really excited to download this game when I saw it in the MAC App store, but I was quickly disappointed when I tried to load the game after it finished installing. Within .5 seconds of launching the app, it immediately crashes. I contacted EA Support team to try to figure out what the issue is (They had me reinstall, reinstall in safe mode, delete the cache, delete the preferences, fix the proxies on my network, reinstall java, etc.) to no avail. The support team seemed to be just as confused about the issue as I was, and they did not know how to fix it. After trying about 15 troubleshoot options, I finally opted to just stop trying, and I am now requesting a refund for this purchase from Apple.

I would recommend not buying this product until EA figures out what the issue is in compatibility with this program and Mac.
